Our Loan requests should be sent via the form in the link below. The request will be reviewed by the Collections Manager and the Director at the next loans meeting. Loan meetings take place monthly on the last week of each month.
Loan requests should be made as early as possible, at least 3 months in advance of the loan start date for loans in France and 6 months in advance for international loans.
collections Manager looks after the administration of all loans and loan requests. Don’t hesitate to contact him if you have any questions.

↪︎ All borrowers must pay for the following costs:
• insurance (nail to nail)
• frames
• bases and covers for sculpture where required
• packing cases
• all transport costs, including the expenses of couriers from the Frac
Borrowers from outside France must meet all the above costs and also pay an administration fee of 100 € per work, per venue.
